The mentioned rates are quoted per villa regardles of the number of guests, including VAT and service charge.

Minimum stay
The minimum stay is 2 nights.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be made at least 4 weeks before the date of arrival. If canceled later, the penalty fee the ammount already paid as advance.
